Orders and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by location:
Domestic (U.S.) orders: 5–10 business days
International orders: 10–20 business days
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Click the “Account” or “Sign Up” button at the top of our website. Enter your email address, create a password, and follow the prompts to complete your registration. Creating an account allows you to track orders, save shipping addresses, and view order history.
You can update your shipping address by logging into your GEYGUY account and selecting “Edit Address” before placing your order.
If you need to change your address after completing your purchase, please contact us immediately at [email protected] — changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your GEYGUY account to view real-time order updates.
No. For your security, GEYGUY does not store any credit card information. All payments are securely processed through trusted, encrypted third-party payment gateways.
Sales tax is applied to orders based on the local tax laws of the shipping destination. The total tax amount (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Yes, GEYGUY ships worldwide! If your country is available in the shipping options at checkout, we can deliver to your location. If you do not see your country listed, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
Whenever possible, we ship all items from an order together. However, due to warehouse locations or stock availability, some items may be shipped separately. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.

We’re very sorry for the mistake! Please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order, and include your order number and photos of the incorrect item. We’ll make it right as soon as possible.
If your order arrives damaged, please email [email protected] with clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Once your return is approved, our support team will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions via email. Please do not send any products back without authorization.

Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer make changes or cancellations.
Yes! If an item is out of stock but available for pre-order, you’ll see the “Pre-Order” option on the product page. Pre-ordering guarantees that you’ll receive the item once it’s back in stock. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
